Expect an Experience!
These classes focus exclusively on techniques and principles for Cooking TRADITIONAL CUISINE, Scorpion Chef, Marcello Anastasi will guide students through purchase, storage and preparation of great ingredients, as well as introduce appropriate herb and vegetable combinations. Students will learn classic cooking techniques and how to work with substitutions so that they become less reliant on recipes and more reliant on their own skill base.
We invite you to laugh, eat, and share your passion for cooking with new friends.

The Open Concept Kitchen is a warm and comfortable place to build confidence for your own cooking successes. Learn culinary techniques through a wide variety of cooking classes. Whether you are a beginner, advanced, vegetarian or just short of time, our classes are designed to fit within the schedules of working people.
We meet on Mondays night from 7pm to 10pm.

I went to the BEST cooking class last night with Celebrity Chef Marcello Anastasi!
I feel so inspired!
Let me start of by saying that this man is an ARTIST with FOOD! He is health conscious, totally cares about the quality of his ingredients and where they come from etc. His cooking is multi-dimensional, as he layers and balances delicious flavors and unique ingredients. Chef Marcello believes that the "right" way to cook is without a recipe - you learn basic techniques and then you make it YOUR OWN. Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Credit Card Reservations for classes required at booking time.
In order to keep our classes comfortable and to preserve our chef to student ratio we must
impose a cancellation policy.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
A one-week notice is required for cancellation of any class. If you do not cancel by telephone at
least 1 week in advance of your scheduled class, we will charge your credit card in full for the class.
