On March 23rd, 24th and 25th, The Scorpion Restaurant was closed for the filming of Chef Marcello's new show, Fresco Picante.

James Clark, Chef's longtime friend and musician at the restaurant, was asked to join him on the show to provide some music and conversation.

Here is what James had to say about the experience. Being a part of the filming of Fresco Picante, for me, was a fine blend of artistic passion and inspiration.

Chef Marcello's impeccable taste and timing saw every colourful dish from start to finish with seamless skill and personality. The music poured from my guitar to meet the sights and sublime scents of his creations. It felt much like the union of two art forms. For me it was a moment in time I will always remember.
